20 พฤษภาคม 256709.00 – 16.00 น.** โรงแรมโกลด์ ออร์คิด แบงค็อก (ถนนวิภาวดีฯ-สุทธิสาร)*สถานที่จัดอบรมอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตามความเหมาะสม หลักการและเหตุผล (Introduction)           การควบคุมเอกสารและการบันทึกคุณภาพเป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่สำคัญของระบบมาตรฐานสากลทั่วไปและสำหรับองค์กรที่ดำเนินระบบตามมาตรฐานสากลในทุกระบบ ตั้งแต่การจัดทำเอกสารระเบียบปฏิบัติงานและคู่มือในการดำเนินงานในแต่หน่วยงานและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในองค์กร หากการจัดทำเอกสารตามมาตรฐานดังกล่าว ไม่มีการควบคุมอย่างเหมาะสมและทันสมัยอาจทำให้เกิดการดำเนินงานที่ผิดพลาด องค์กรก่อให้เกิดความไม่สอดคล้องในการดำเนินการด้านเอกสาร          การควบคุมเอกสารและการบันทึกคุณภาพ ถือเป็นหลักฐานในการปฏิบัติงานที่สำคัญ หากองค์กรไม่มีวิธีการในการควบคุมและจัดเก็บที่เหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดตามระบบ ISO ก็อาจทำให้เกิดปัญหาในกระบวนการถัดไปหรือการสอบกลับหาข้อมูลได้ยาก ดังนั้น เจ้าที่ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการควบคุมเอกสารและบันทึกจึงจำเป็นจะต้องมีความรู้และความเข้าใจถึงวิธีการควบคุมเอกสารที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานด้านเอกสารในระบบมาตรฐานขององค์กรวัตถุประสงค์1)  เพื่อให้ผู้อบรมเข้าใจ ถึงโครงสร้างของเอกสาร ในระบบคุณภาพเพื่อให้ทราบถึงความสำคัญของการควบคุมเอกสารและบันทึก และออกแบบวิธีการควบคุมเอกสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของระบบบริหารจัดการต่างๆ เช่น ISO 9001,ISO14001,IATF16949,ISO 45001 เป็นต้น    2)  เพื่อให้ผู้อบรมสามารถนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการควบคุมเอกสารและบันทึกภายในองค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเนื้อหาการบรรยาย (Key Contents)1. ทําไมต้องควบคุมเอกสารและบันทึกสําหรับระบบคุณภาพ

• การตีความข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการควบคุมเอกสารตาม ISO
• การตีความข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการควบคุมบันทึกตาม ISO� 
  

2. การชี้บ่งเอกสารระบบคุณภาพ

• การจัดทำ/แก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงใช้ "ใบขอดำเนินการเอกสาร"
• เอกสารควบคุมจะประทับตรา "สำเนาฉบับควบคุม"
• เอกสารที่ไม่ควบคุม เช่น เอกสารภายนอก จะไม่ประทับตรา "สำเนาฉบับควบคุม"
• เอกสารที่ยกเลิก เช่น เอกสารภายนอก เอกสารที่จะส่งไปภายนอกจะประทับตรา "เอกสาร สําเนาฉบับไม่ควบคุม"
  

3. การควบคุมเอกสาร

• การอนุมัติเอกสาร ก่อนนําไปใช้งาน การทบทวน ปรับปรุงเอกสารให้ทันสมัย
  
• การแสดงสถานะปัจจุบันองการ ปรับปรุงเอกสาร การแจกจ่ายเอกสารฉบับที่เกี่ยวข้องไป ณ จุดปฏิบัติงานเอกสารต้องอ่านง่าย และสามารถนํามาใช้ได้โดยสะดวก
  
• การชี้บ่งและควบคุมการแจกจ่าย เอกสารที่ได้รับมา จากภายนอก ที่มีความจําเป็นในการวางแผนและดําเนินงาน ต่อระบบคุณภาพขององค์กร
  
• การป้องกันการใช้เอกสารที่ล้าสมัย
  

4. การควบคุมการบันทึก

• การจัดทําระเบียบปฏิบัติงาน (Documented Procedure ) เรื่อง การควบคุมบันทึกคุณภาพ
• การจัดเก็บ การนํามาใช้ การกําหนดอายุการจัดเก็บ การป้องกันการเสียหาย และการกำหนดวิธีการทําลายเอกสาร บันทึกต้องอ่านได้ง่าย มีการบ่งชี้ และนํามาใช้ได้ โดยสะดวก
